NEWS: UK Research Councils are considering strengthening their current Open Access policies. Their aim is to further enhance access to outputs resulting from research which they wholly or partly fund. Research Councils UK (RCUK) have issued a draft policy clarifying what the Councils mean by Open Access, and how grant-holders can comply with the revised policies.
